Accessible Elections
The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) is funding The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) Accessible Voting Technology Initiative (AVTI) to make voting processes and technology more accessible. In March they announced the winners of their Open Innovation Challenge with people offering ideas that covered everything from priority queuing to voting vans.
Our voting van, known as the Mobile Voting Precinct (MVP) is handicapped accessible and can run off a generator or be plugged in for power. We have many other ways to help you ensure accessible voting for all your constituents from entrance ramps to dexterity devices, from tools for the hearing impaired to visual aid products. And we also offer recording services for visually impaired voters. Talk to Tiffany, we have the solutions you need to provide for all of your voters.
