The Partnership: From North Carolina to New Mexico: A Commitment That Goes Beyond Procurement

At Printelect, every project is built around one objective: delivering election solutions that counties can trust from the moment they arrive. Santa Fe County's new Mobile Voting Precinct is a perfect example of that commitment and serves as the first feature in our new Customer Case Study series.

The project began in North Carolina, where the Mobile Voting Precinct received its final transformation. The vehicle was fully wrapped in-house by the Printelect team, with every graphic professionally produced, printed, laminated, and installed to create a finished product tailored specifically for Santa Fe County.

Once production was complete, Company Experience Managers MJ and Trent personally delivered the vehicle rather than relying on a third-party carrier. Beginning in North Carolina, they drove thousands of miles through Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and into New Mexico, performing routine inspections and quality checks throughout the journey to ensure the Mobile Voting Precinct arrived exactly as intended.

This hands-on approach is part of what sets Printelect apart. Our responsibility doesn't end when production is complete. From design and customization to transportation and final delivery, our team remains involved every step of the way to ensure each county receives a solution that is ready to perform on day one.

For Santa Fe County, the Mobile Voting Precinct provides a flexible way to deploy a responsive voting unit where and when it would be needed, expanding or maintaining voter accessibility while supporting the county's long-term election operations.

As the Santa Fe project concluded, another was already underway. Shortly after returning from New Mexico, members of the Printelect team traveled to Ohio to pick up the company's newest Mobile Voting Precinct. The vehicle was driven back to North Carolina, where it received a complete custom wrap designed, produced, and installed entirely in house by the Printelect team.

Today, that Mobile Voting Precinct is complete and available for demonstrations and county evaluations, allowing election officials to explore how it can support the unique needs of their communities.

Santa Fe County's Mobile Voting Precinct represents more than a successful delivery. It reflects the dedication, craftsmanship, and customer-first service that define every Printelect project and marks the first of many customer success stories we'll be sharing in future editions of the Printelect Pulse.
