Customers Count on Printelect In Any Weather
Election officials in Chesterfield County, Virginia had no cause to worry that the winter weather would deter Printelect field services from their tasks. When the snow came down, the shovels came out. Pictured here is Gary Fox, Customer Service Manager for Printelect’s Virginia office, who recently came to work with Printelect after supporting elections in Virginia since 1985 when he started as a voting machine technician in Chesterfield County. It came as no surprise to his coworkers that Gary did what had to be done to get the job done. He has extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of elections, from the actual circuits and software of voting equipment to the training of elections personnel at all levels. When asked about the effort it took to get out to Chesterfield County to meet the field services team for acceptance testing the county’s new ExpressVotes, Gary said, “Printelect employees will do anything it takes to get out to their customers.”
Not to be outdone by Fox, acceptance testing the ExpressVote machines was the number one priority of the field services team who all braved the low temperatures, fallen snow and winter road conditions to ensure that customer expectations were met. Also pictured here are members of Printelect’s field services team, on site in Chesterfield County, conducting thorough testing to ensure the new equipment performs perfectly for the county, and especially for the voters. This is just one example as to why election officials rely on Printelect as a true partner in the conduct of elections.
