Employee Spotlight: Trish Waters, Elections Programmer
This edition of the Printelect blog Employee Spotlight features Trish Waters, one of our in-house election programmers.
Elections programming involves using proprietary software, to encode election tabulators and marking devices, thus defining the election parameters for each piece of equipment. Trish specializes in taking key account’s programming from start to finish.
Frank Galizia, Printelect’s Elections Programming Manager, feels that Trish is “…a valuable asset to the Printelect Team. In addition to becoming knowledgeable of the software, she has an excellent approach to customer
service, something that is hard to come by.”
Trish has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, with a background in the health care industry. She has now been coding for 3 years, gathering information about key clients and their equipment, in order to facilitate a smooth and efficient coding process.
“Trish has been a valuable employee and asset to the Printelect team. Her can-do attitude and willingness to take on
new projects has been especially useful,” says Printelect’s President/CEO, Owen Andrews.
Born in Portsmouth, VA, Trish now resides in New Bern, NC, and works out of Printelect’s corporate headquarters. She has two sons; ages 20 and 16.
