By placing an order with Printelect, Customers agree that they have provided Printelect with the correct dimensions, quantities, and all other details required to complete a transaction between the Parties when the earliest of the following events occurs: (a) Customer’s execution of a purchase order/purchase agreement, (b) Customer’s execution of a quote provided by Printelect, or (c) Customer’s payment for a given product. Generally, items in a given transaction between Customer and Printelect become non-cancellable (at Printelect’s sole discretion) once the earliest of the above events occurs.
Should Printelect create an error on a given transaction, Printelect reserves the right to contact the Customer to notify them of said error and correct the error as needed (including price adjustments). Should this happen, Customer will be offered the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or canceling the implicated order.
Returns & Restocking Feeds
Printelect will accept returns for products sold to Customers under most circumstances within thirty (30) days of receipt of said products by Customers (“Return Period”). Customers wishing to initiate the return process for reasons other than a warranty claim must (a) contact the Printelect representative who sold the product(s) in writing, and (b) confirm receipt of said written request by a Printelect representative within the above-referenced Return Period. Any products or materials eligible for return that are received by Printelect without prior authorization by a Printelect representative or failure to abide the above procedure will not be accepted and will be returned to Customer at Customer’s expense.
All products to be returned must be provided to Printelect in an unused or “new” condition, with all original packaging and parts included. All returned products must be in the original packaging as received by Customer, and include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and all accessories. Customer agrees that Printelect has the sole discretion to determine whether a return product qualifies as “unused” or “new.”
Should Customer initiate the returns process outlined above after thirty (30) days from Customer’s receipt of the implicated product(s), Printelect reserves the right to either (a) reject the return, or (b) accept the return and charge Customer a restocking fee not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the product’s quoted purchase price.
Customer shall be responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the returns process except for (a) warranty claims or (b) returns made due to alleged defective or damaged products. Replacement of defective or damaged products, or products shipped in error by Printelect, will be invoiced and credited upon receipt and inspection of the defective or incorrect products.
Credits or refunds for applicable returns will be made to Customer using the same method of payment as originally provided by Customer. Shipments made within North Carolina may be charged state sales tax unless you are a qualified reseller.
Please note that initiation of the returns process does not guarantee final disposition by Printelect, and all returns are subject to inspection by Printelect representatives. Printelect additionally reserves the right to cancel or dispute any return or warranty claim at any point in the course of the return or warranty process.
